Yes I've learnt a lot of new skills and have massively improved my mathematical capability.

It's very organised from HETA, and my workplace.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I'm dyslexic and I get plenty of support. I've been given extra time to complete my assignments, about 25% more time.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The team are very supportive as are the management structure

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It's a little disjointed/off angle. There are things I'm learning from my apprenticeship that don't necessarily apply to my job, and things I'm learning in my job that don't necessarily apply to my apprenticeship. I don't see it as an overall bad thing, as I at least get what I require to complete my apprenticeship meet the requirements for the standards.
