I am currently in compliance, this involves checking and approving suppliers, and reviewing reports to ensure that property management is compliant with its procedures.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme as i am given responsibility.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my communication as being in compliance means that you have to communicate and deal with queries from many different areas of the business.
I have also learnt many different skills related to my role such as problem solving and my use of systems has developed.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very well organised and i always have support available when needed.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive lots of support and there is always someone to go to when needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have frequent calls with my training provider and i also have catch ups. They are also available via email and respond quickly whenever i need them.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My studies help me in my role. One unit in particular helped me was 'Internal Accounting Controls'. This linked in well with my day to day role in compliance and helped me with my understanding of certain aspects of the role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are plenty of social activities such as networking, charity events and sports events. This is a good way to meet other employees that you wouldn't usually meet.
