I complete a variety of building surveys on a day to day basis and complete reports that summarise my findings.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love my apprenticeship programme. it is a great balance of learning while working and i thoroughly enjoy this tyle of work. My university course helps a lot when relating it back to my work.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt so much since starting my apprenticeship and have developed existing skills too. Even the more basic skills have been developed like my conversations between a variety of people, which is so useful with the work i do.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The Savills apprenticeship programme structure is perfect. The balance between learning and working is excellent and the support given for them is second to none. The organisation is brilliant too, everything is clear and understandable, and when information needs to be passed on to apprentices, it always makes sense and is helpful.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I am given 1 day per week to study and that is always honoured within my job. My colleagues in the office always offer support with my studies. Savills provide excellent support on a day to day basis, there is always a way or someone i can talk to for help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider always offers support within my learning. There are many ways I can receive extra help or get more feedback on the work I do. The feedback given is clear and understandable. The lecturers give a lot of effort into helping us out when things don't make sense or are hard to understand which is always great.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

All of the learning I have done so far has linked back to the things i have done in work. The topics I have learnt about have really helped me develop in my role and have exceled my knowledge to a new level.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

there are so many opportunities for me to take par tin extra-curricular activities within work. Last year the apprenticeship team held a sports day which was really fun and helped take my mind away from works. There are so many sports teams to be a part of, as well as other volunteering activities and plenty of networking events.

Make sure you know about the company. Show why you deserve to work for one of the best property firms there is, and be positive and show an eagerness to collaborate, because that's what Savills stands for.
