I dealt with data manipulation using excel and pivot tables to assess buyer personas and address who our new targeting can include. I also did a website analysis and email automation analysis. This required day-to-day collaboration with my tam and my manager, and i would have different aspects to my day which included collaboration and independent learning and working.

I was given a fair amount of responsibility for example i was given access to live campaigns within pardot and also access to systems that only gave access to a limited amount of people. This was highly beneficial as i was able to gain a lot of involvement in projects.

I've learnt a plethora of technical skills such as pivot tables, pardot, google analytics, microsoft clarity, and power bi. I did training courses on trailblazer and also on google analytics. Ive also learnt and honed many of my transferable and soft skills.

I had regular calls and meetings with my manager. This was highly nurturing and allowed me to feel really supported throughout the whole experience. My line manager went above and beyond to ensure i was well supported. The wider team was also really kind and supportive, as well as my buddy, GTM's and fellow interns and grads.

I enjoyed the inclusivity of Centrica. I valued the culture as it enabled me to thrive within a social and healthy environment which provides many events and activities for employees. I was involved in fun activities and am excited to do more should i be accepted on to a graduate scheme.

I really enjoyed the experience as it was my first real corporate experience. Everyone was welcoming and i feel like i was put in a healthy stretch zone which challenged me but wasnt too stressful as i always had support.
