Overall, how would you describe your experience at Savills?
The Graduate Scheme provides a well-rounded exposure to a variety of teams across the business. With 4-month long rotations keeping the job lively while constantly learning new things about the business and the industry.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Property Management Rotations Involve:
- Service Charge Budget setting
- Communications between the client and facilities manager
- Financial management of tenant's payments (i.e. rent/service charge/insurance)
