i think in terms of structure- its structured very well- where in the contract it lays exactly what is required; where its organised in a way where an apprentice like myself can flourish and at the same time be challenged day to day.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Receive a lot of support from Line manager, colleagues, HR and especially the apprenticeship team where they have check ins as well.

social events - Christmas parties/ extracurricular activities every so often.
Sports days/ quizzes very important to bring the cohort of apprentices together.

However i feel like more can be done in terms of sports teams and events where i.e sports teams it isn't very clear how to join or take part.

its a very inclusive company - where it allows for apprentices to flourish in a new environment where you are handed responsibility and trusted from the off. Savills is a company that goes above and beyond with events like apprenticeship awards and quizzes where it wants apprentices to be sociable and hardworking at the same time.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Savills?
I would say my advice or tips to others applying to Savills is to understand and gage the company well with as more research before and make sure its a company that aligns with your values. In terms of the application process make sure its authentic and relevant to yourself and take into consideration how you can add value and be part of a flourishing culture.
