Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

my role is looking after revenue, contribution, selling new services to customers, looking after existing customers on my base, keep to KPI's, emails and telephone work.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoy my programme as it has really helped me with the sales side of the business, the difference between open/closed/funnel questions.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

it is very organised and the structure has been given and followed the whole way through my apprenticeship. i am coming to the end, i have passed the first part of my end point assessment but i do have to finish the final 2 tasks to be 100% completed.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

they allowed me every Friday off to study.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

full support the whole way through, this was through Mecuri International.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

absolutely does as i am the highest in new revenue.

Would you recommend Royal Mail Group to a friend?

Why?
they really take care of you, through dental, hospital, doctors, financial, mental health support. charity days are a big thing here, we have a good support network with colleagues and other areas of the business, they care about you with having a union should you want it, they have flexible working times, i have shorter working week without the pay cut. it is a very good place to work.
