Learn to fault find and upkeep machines in the workplace, as well as finding initiative ways to upgrade machine functionality.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

There is always something different and new to learn, which leads to the job being much more exciting as you do not know what you are dealing with.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot of different techniques as well as learning new electrical skills which helps me with my job. That I didn't know about before.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is quite organised now with my track progression but it could have been better earlier on at my start date.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

There are a lot of people to talk to when I am struggling as well help if I am stuck on a job or if I do not know what I am doing.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

There is a lot of help as there is structured courses to achieve each goal I need to learn. I do not know much about the training provider though as I have not seen much of it.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

There are some courses that I feel do not apply at all to my workplace. But it could be useful in the future.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

It's a good place to work as well being a inclusive company. It also allows people and co-workers a place to be sociable and always be there for each other.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Royal Mail Group?
Always be on the lookout for new openings, as it is a huge company with a lot of job openings, as well as being yourself when it comes to your interview as character is a huge factor in how well Royal Mail does.
