Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I help clients, often landowners or housebuilders decide how best to deal, with their assets. This involves meetings with clients, site visits and writing reports.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I feel extremely supported on this programme and really enjoy all different aspects of the course.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, this apprenticeship has massively developed my communication and organisation skills and I have learned new functional skills such as using excel and other it programmes.

Very well organised, I have a clear path to follow.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have lots of different points of contacts within Savills if I needed support. For example, within the team I work in and also the apprenticeship team themselves.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have reviews with my training provider every 10 weeks to ensure I am on track with my apprenticeship and I can reach out to a dedicated contact whenever I need.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I find that learning on the job is what helps me most in performing my role but understanding the theory behind it all through my university work definitely supports this.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, I very frequently get to attend events of all different natures, this includes events with clients but also ones with other young professionals.
