To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
It is enjoyable as it ties into my day to day role, the biggest challenge is finding time to study without feeling burnt out.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
CIMA has taught me a lot about the wider role, and has given me exposure to parts of the role I may not have been introduced to in this industry. I have gained a better understanding of the key financial reports.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
It has a clear structure and also has documents which can be used as a tick sheet, going through the qualification in stages is helpful.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I am given a day off before the exam, that is the full extent of support. The nature of my role means it is difficult for me to have any time off for study outside of this.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
Every 10 weeks we have a catch up on what they expect from me, as well as guidance for my OTJ training log.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I think the qualification ties into the roll well, there is a lot of overlap with the tasks in my day to day and the learning I have gone through.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
N/A
