Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a day-to-day basis, I work on building and looking at RFP's that have come in. This involves joining kick off meeting, RFP check in meetings with stakeholders, writing meeting minutes, content creation for the RFP's, streamlining content, folder and files maintenance, analysis data and collating CV's.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

From even before my very first day, I have been given a warm and embracing welcome. Not only from my team but the early careers team as well. The programme is well structured, with many opportunities to connect with others and grow your network. I have even had the privileged to go on rotations and experience different team which has been very exciting.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt and been able to enhance many of my skills, such as my communication, attention to detail, time-keeping and management, excell as well. I have also been introduced to new platforms such as Acturis, which I have learnt how to use also.
