Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I register new applicants and make sure to consistently talk to my old applicants. I take calls and book viewings. I conduct my own viewings and encourage offers. I help my buyers through their sales process. I also keep a good relationship with clients and 1 day a week I have a study day which allows me to complete my study side of my apprenticeship.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I think this was a fantastic opportunity for me and i have met some incredible people along the way. Finding like minded young individuals is not always easy but I have truly made some great friends. It isn't always easy but that's what makes it fun.

I've developed great customer service skills and learnt how to create deep meaningful business relationships.

The programme i am on is fantastic. There are clear structures and routines in place for my studying and meetings are set up regularly to talk about how i'm progressing
