it was well organized due to fast pace environment i was struggling in the start and it was difficult to ask for support but later every thing went smooth.

it was actually all the support from my employers from booking a room to managing the shift swap for me and in support with my programe the POC was there all the time.

it was difficult to ask the support form training provider as there was no groups and all self study but yes overall my tutor reply me on time due to pressure of so many apprentice and distance learning also the shift difference challenge.

I was already in the business form long time so and training provider was from outside so it was difficult to explain them everything on process but yes through the qualification received I am working towards my future goals and positive about it.
