Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Looking at current curriculums for apprenticeships and how to make the program more enjoyable and effective in its teaching. Day-to-day I would analyse current surveys both questions and answers and use it to create themes that could be asked.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, felt like I was able to work independently and was treated as a valuable member of my team. However, I wish I was further integrated into my department and given the chance to see what my wider team do.

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
Really developed my networking skills, using teams and email to contact the appropriate people using the correct office etiquette. Also learn technical skills such as funding, structures and reviews by OFSTED, for the apprenticeship program.
