Manage the whole customer lifecycle from new business sales, onboarding, adoption, renewal and expansion.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme is very enjoyable and challenging. My action learning group offer great support and encouragement, and I am constantly putting the things I learn into action in my workplace.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am amazed at how quickly I am ticking off the KSBs required to hit the apprenticeship standard. I am learning the knowledge through the teaching at Henley, and then my employer, EdgePetrol, have been fantastic at giving me opportunities to put it into practice in the workplace.

Great support from both EdgePetrol and Henley Business School.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

They give me the time required to complete my off the job learning, but then also give me access to anyone I need accross the organisation and the chance to work on stretch projects that help me demonstrate my new skills.
