I spend most of my days formulating shampoo in the lab or pilot plant for testing.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

There is lots of support and plenty of other apprentices.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Working between an office and a pilot plant has taught me a huge amount.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Not much of the organising falls to the apprentice, most of the programme is taken care of by the training provider and my line manager.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

There is plenty of time given to complete University work and regular opportunities to voice any concerns.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive 2 study days a week and extra time to revise around exam season.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My degree contains all the maths, safety and computing knowledge needed for my role.
