The training provider that we use does not seem to have an agreed standard that each apprentice should work to - we arent all told how to correctly complete our Learning logs and related Knowledge Skills and Behaviours.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I do not believe it helps me to preform better as the qualification is just measuring what i do in my job. My other CII qualification is much more helpful to teach me about the wider insurance market
