I work as a Transport Administrator within a fast-paced home delivery operation, supporting the smooth running of daily transport activities. My role involves route planning support, driver communication, compliance checks, KPI monitoring, and resolving operational issues in real time. I liaise closely with drivers, planning and customer service teams, and management to maintain service levels. Each day requires organisation, quick decision-making, and a strong focus on safety and customer experience.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have thoroughly enjoyed my Level 3 Team Leader apprenticeship. It has challenged me to think more strategically and strengthened my confidence in leadership and decision-making. I value how it links theory to real operational practice within transport. Overall, it has been a highly rewarding and worthwhile development experience.
