With the level 2 drivers apprenticeship you have monthly classroom sessions which you do learn a lot from making the transition into becoming a driver a lot easier.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills as well as becoming a driver like first aid as well as learning about things that drivers need to know but are not told until they are there doing that job.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The monthly sessions were really good they had a good structure to them and have time at the end of them to catch up on the apprenticeship tasks you may have missed.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received a lot of support and was able to message when I had any issues.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot I had a lot of support for when I needed it if I needed more time or any help with anything it was easy to get.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I’ve learnt new skills and will have a qualification at the end so I think it will help me for most of my working life.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
