I enjoy the programme because it gives a good balance of practical work and theory. I have been able to get a better understanding of financial markets and pensions - something I had never considered before

5/5
New skills, particularly technical and excel skills have been developed in this role. I have also been able to gain skills on key financial terms

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
It is well structured and module submissions are nicely spread to allow time in between to make progress
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Regular 1-to-1 catchups with my manager and team help give the support I need whether it is to be involved in more work streams, or to manage my work

4/5
My training provider and coach are helpful and supportive
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
So far, I have not experienced a direct link between the training provided by the training provider and my employment.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There are loads of EC activities available - there is something for everyone and the company are always open to suggestions too! I personally have not been involved in any regular ones.
