Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

In my role, I work on both marketing communications and r&d communications. I take ownership of the R&D Newsletter, seeking out articles to put in and different people/innovations to feature. I also support teams with communicating key initiatives and creating high quality content. I also send out weekly marketing and r&d news summaries that get sent to senior people at unilever.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme is great, i get enough time to study and the lessons are engaging.

I have become a lot more confident as a person, and learnt how to tackle different workplace situations.

as I am doing a project management apprenticeship, my qualification helps me not only navigate how to manage projects but how to manage the workplace and how to resolve conflict etc.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

As I am the only person from my cohort in my building, I'm unable to get involved in as many extra-curricular activities as other apprentices.
