I am an Insurance broker and my day-to-day role includes helping to arrange insurance based on the clients demands and needs, complying with WTW and FCA regulations and using technical systems.

I have learnt many new technical skills like excel, using new systems, I have improved on my english skills i.e adapting communication to whom I'm speaking to at the time and also translating technical insurer language to the client.
