Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt paediatric first aid , a stronger understanding of abuse and the different types and many more through my training and my teaching sessions

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised , I have a online meeting with my tutor each month to discuss my progress and to set me work and look back at the work I have done to give me feedback and when she sees I’m struggling in an area she finds a way to make it work for me.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager is always there for advice or if I need help with something.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support from my tutor when I don’t understand something she always unsure she takes the time to explain it until I gain a stronger understanding in the areas I struggle with.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me develop in areas I am not as strong in weather it is a teaching session or written work.

From the day I started I have never felt ,so supported by a group of people, it is also such a friendly and fun environment to be working in.
