I am a bursary level 3 practitioner currently working towards my level 5 with busy Bees. I look after 2-3 year olds on a daily based making sure that they get the right care for their needs.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my program as it gives me more knowledge as well as understand children’s development more

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt about different types of leadership as well as how to reference correctly as I have been working since 18 and I am now 21

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very organised and they brake it down so that you don’t have loads of things due at the same time
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I can always ask questions and she will help me when needed. If we are not busy she will give me time to complete things that I might need to get done
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I can always contact my development coach if I have any problems and she will help me out wether it’s big or small

We tend to have meetings and meet outside of work to get to know each other better.
