I am a Project Manager within the construction industry, completing tasks and upgrading skills whenever possible to ensure projects are delivered to the golden thread of time, cost and quality.

It is very well organised with training, onboarding and being able to complete your studies but can be difficult being allocated to another project when yours comes to an end as there is no process in place.

I haven't really asked for their support, but it will definitely be something I look into the harder my studies get.
