Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

I had the opportunity of working working within several departments in HR. The main areas that I worked in was recruitment, talent and general HR.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes especially whilst working in recruitment. I was in charge of internal vacancies and was responsible for recruiting the candidate from start to finish.

Support and Guidance

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

I received a large amount of support during my placement. The main source of support was from my manager and the talent and development team where we had monthly calls to set objectives and give feedback.
