lots of new skills to be learnt such as how to maintance for various bits of equipment. and also first aid fork lift driving and over head crane.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

at times structure wasn't there due to lack of trainers but then later on when more trainers where brought on it was a lot better.

nvq level 3 mostly just asks me about my job and how i do it but the collage curse i did covered ore stuff like maintenances.
