To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am doing an apprenticeship and finding balancing work and study easier than I expected because its allowing me to learn new things and still work. Therefore really enjoying the concept.

The apprenticeship I am doing is level 7 senior leader and its supporting me in learning that i have a very good foundation of knowledge and the information i am learning is supporting with adding to that knowledge.

The asda apprenticeship programme was very easy to apply for and my Corndel CMI programme is broken down in to managable chunks so finding it structured really well.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I know my employer is there if i need them but at present most of my questions have been to my tutor for what i need.

Why?
I have worked at asda for 26yrs its a brilliant place to work and i would always advocate it to anyone. they look after their colleagues and promote within. look at myself as evidence started stacking shelves and now a senior manager.
