Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

We look after child all day we make sure there nappies are done , making sure there paperwork is up to date. Also making sure they meet their milestone that they have to reach and if we have any concerns about a child that we report straight away
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really like my tutor and she very helpful. I also like that when I have a issue or can’t do something me tutors are always there to help me and explain it abit better to help understand it.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot of new skill , like how to know when a child or adult is being abused but as I still doing my learning I still learning a lot as I go

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I am very organised and I will always hand in the work on time . There are some day where if hard to find the time to do the work because of ratio but I make it work !
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive help from my employer but it hard with having time out at the moment to do my work but they are always giving me off the job hours to complete so that helps me with my work.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I get a lot of support with my training prover she is always replying to any message I have this might be something I don’t understand or I just need extra help!
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me get a better understanding and a more knowledge to topic that I might have now know about Like SEND I did not know much but looking into it more has help me help the children
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

The only extra stuff we do at work is like parents evening and Mother’s Day tea which helps us get a better bond with parents and also talking to the parents a lot more and feeling confident while doing it.

They are very support when completely any level your working on and always there to lend a hand to help.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Busy Bees Childcare?
It can be hard sometimes but the children make it the best ! Watching them grow into their self is the best thing to see . And also watching what characters they will have when they get older is even better
