- Work projects assigned to link accordingly to coursework plan
- Four in-person courses at training centre for hands-on workshops
- EPA project planned well in advance to meet KSB assessment objectives
How much support do you receive from your employer?
- Coursework drafts reviewed by line manager and team members for enhancements
- Two team members had completed the apprenticeship so could provide useful insights from experience
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
- Feedback provided on each coursework submission to ensure all KSB criteria were met for a successful gateway process
- Four in-person courses at training centre for hands-on workshops
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
- Offered opportunity to explore tools and technologies wider than those in scope for my day-to-day role
