Changing placements, progress reviews and uni works well. However, the experience in placement can vary
How much support do you receive from your employer?

It really depends on placement. Some teams have plenty of work for apprentices and time to support. Other teams work remotely, are overloaded and have little work to complete. Also upon joining placements some teams are unprepared for apprentices and it can take weeks until you have everything setup to start work.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The college is great, offers very good support and are open to feedback.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The degree scratches the surface of knowledge but work on the job is much more in depth.
