My job involves giving web Support to clients, including design, Development, and Live tests.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

There are times it's stressful, but that's something you learn throughout the program. The team is also always there to support and doesn't ever expect you to perform beyond their capabilities

I'm a lot more confident over the phone, in meetings, taking initiative with problems.

Its a small company, So the Structure and progression is really good, Every business could improve, But there Support and structure is clean, With clear guides.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Literally as much as I need, whether that's a 1-to-1, A talk. Personal or professional. The team allows that to happen, whether that's putting me on a course and attempting something. I get support. It's amazing.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

If I email him i get a response the same day. If I need to talk, I schedule a meeting, and he joins. Solid Support
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like it's generalised, but I also feel like that's intended. So you know generally what to do, but the specifics you learn at the job. And that's a good structure.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yearly Xmas parties, Team lunches every week, Outings every month. The idea is to have people come to work and it be its own thing.
