Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Start the day by having a meeting with everyone I am working with and then are handed out the jobs for the day. I spend the rest of day completing these jobs and stopping at 9 for a 10 minute break and 12 for 30 minute lunch break. I also go to college on a Thursday where I have 4 different lesson.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the work I do and the people I work with. everyone is helpful and happy to help you when your stuck. The work is hands on.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I gained better communication skills and better time management skills. these are vital for your day to day life.

The programme is structured well as we know what is expected of us.

The college is ok with helping its students I think there is space for improvement.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Most of the course fit well to what I am doing at work and the skills are transferable but some lesson I haven't had much benefit from them.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There is a chess competition, pub crawl and many more activities you can take part in.
