Well organised from my company perspective. University could maybe do better at supporting students, especially near the end of my apprenticeship.

Good support and regular meetings to help. Great team.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Not much personalised support from lecturers, some info missing from them regarding deadlines, course requirements and course pathways.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Very useful in most scenarios, however, civil engineering is a very practical field and hands on experience is often more valuable than theory.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I am part of the social committee and run many events. I regularly attend ICE and apprenticeship networking events.
