Monitor performance metrics, using data to measure impact and inform decisions.
Stay updated on funding, regulations, and industry best practices.
Build and maintain relationships with training providers, overseeing sourcing, onboarding, and performance.
Evaluate and present partnership opportunities to enhance offerings.
Inspire and support managers and colleagues in professional development.
Champion apprenticeships internally and externally, engaging key stakeholders.
Develop and execute a communication strategy to showcase impact, celebrate success, and promote social mobility.
Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and initiatives like National Apprenticeship Week.
Provide guidance and encouragement to maximise apprenticeship opportunities.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Fitted seamlessly into my day to day role and was able to implement learning straight back into the workplace.
Structure of the programme was fantastic- interactive workshops and self guided learning.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learnt lots of new skills with data, how to automate processes and build dashboards. Brushed up skills around presenting and story telling with data.

All workshops in the diary from the start of my programme to help me plan off the job.

Plenty of support from my Line Manager, was mentioned in all my 121's. All my reviews were attended and I was given direction with projects that I was working on that were part of my apprenticeship.
Was given the autonomy to plan the time that I needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Great relationship with Coach.
Approachable and friendly.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Helped me to work a lot more efficiently through automation of processes and presentation decks which has given me time to put into other areas.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Lots to get involved in! 2 volunteer days a year, events to support charities etc.
