Lead events, networking, and partnerships to position the business as a leader in apprenticeship development.
Showcase apprenticeship success stories to inspire engagement and highlight impact.
Oversee the full apprenticeship lifecycle, managing leavers, breaks in learning, and learner support across all business functions.
Manage applications, ensuring opportunities are well-communicated and accessible.
Continuously improve programme structure and delivery, aligning with business goals.
Monitor performance metrics, using data to measure impact and inform decisions.
Stay updated on funding, regulations, and industry best practices.
Build and maintain relationships with training providers, overseeing sourcing, onboarding, and performance.
Evaluate and present partnership opportunities to enhance offerings.
Inspire and support managers and colleagues in professional development.
Champion apprenticeships internally and externally, engaging key stakeholders.
Develop and execute a communication strategy to showcase impact, celebrate success, and promote social mobility.
Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and initiatives like National Apprenticeship Week.
Provide guidance and encouragement to maximise apprenticeship opportunities.
