I am a mechanical apprentice working on casting moulds and sub components in TATA’s Process Bay. I am at Level 3 and currently working through Level 4. In work I have built friendships, learned skills and gained a great understanding in the engineering world.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme a lot and changes are made often to suit the apprentices.
