Managing BAU service incidents / small Business requests for change to a suite of applications, and working with engineers to deliver according to time/costs as agreed.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Overall, a great experience at Manchester Met with great facilitators and knowledgeable staff. The course has been eye opening, widening my access to practises and knowledge across industries. allowing a chance to expand my skills, knowledge and behaviours.

Getting back into education as part of an apprenticeship has been challenging, but has developed many skills, incl research, dissemination and key skills both for current and future roles

In the main, well structured, with a few hiccups which following feedback were addressed well

Support and understanding of what is needed to complete such an apprenticeship, with regular reviews and support in terms of time, discussion of theory to practical

Whilst there are many resources available both remote and on-site, being a distance away made it hard to fully utilise all the resources.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The apprenticeship has brought the bigger picture to life and helps me to understand hand-off's in greater detail, and perform better for the success of the organisation
