Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learnt a lot of new skills with working at WTW as I have never worked in a corporate setting before. It have massively helped to grow my confidence.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
My programme allows me enough time to study and work within my role. However sometimes i feel that I dont get enough experience as workload and flow can be slow.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I get great support from everyone. I have catch up with my manager weekly. They also have an early careers network which helps and mentors which can guide you in career decisions.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
I get a reasonable amount of support from my training provider as I get regular reviews and meetings. Every 3 months I have a review with my manager where we speak about how I have been in both the workplace and my apprenticeship. However, we don't get directly taught the content we have to research it ourselves with little direction.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
My qualification has helped me learn some skills like how to act in a corporate setting and remain professional. I don't really think that my role links very well with the apprenticeship as there's not much I use day to day. My role is very insurance based not just admin.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There is a range of events at WTW. I've been to quizzes, networking events and team parties. There's also regular lunch and learn sessions and early careers sessions.
