I work as a project manager and work with multiple teams across Asda to deliver different technology to resolves issues.
I will be hosting/running various meetings to work with stakeholders achieving alignment across Scope, budget and time.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my job bringing together lots of different people to create a single out put that enhances or improves things at Asda.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I learned about how people work and learn both alone or in a group and how to enhance their working environment to achieve their best outputs.
Also how to best lead teams differently depending on the situation and requirements.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

During the programme, I had lots of touchpoints with my PDE and multiple different online sessions. These help to make me feel engaged on the course.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

If I needed any support from my employer, my line manager gave me time and attention to enable me to continue and progress in my learning journey.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

While on the course we had lots of online sessions to describe the upcoming modules and monthly touch points with the PDE to enable best progress.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel the training that I received directly benefitted my performance as a leader and manager leading my teams.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Do it! Look at the job that you want if you are not quite there with the minimum requirements you can always take a training course like me and progress while earning.
