I work as a Home Shopping Delivery Driver. My day-to-day role involves preparing the van, following a planned delivery route, and delivering customers shopping safely and on time. i regularly interact with customers at the doorstep, help with any questions about their order, and make sure each delivery is a positive experience. The role also involves safe driving, handling shopping carefully, and working to a tight schedule while maintaining good customer service.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme and feel it helped me develop my skills and confidence at work. it fits well with my role. although some parts can be challenging at times.
