My roll consist of managing a team of 20 directly, then being a duty manager in the absence of the GSM. Delivering company standards, cost controls, colleague engagement and coaching. Daily stock controls and customer engagement.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I found the training to be very thought provoking, reminding of training that sometimes get lost when you work for a business for a long time, as this just becomes second nature and you don't even realise that you are doing it.

I defiantly developed my knowledge and skills in all areas of my person and professional performance.

I would say that the employers involvement only happened when the trainer how I was getting on.

my trainer was very friendly, helpful and super supportive. She had the patience of a saint.

I feel that this training encouraged me think more outside the box as I have been with the company for 21 years when I started the programme, so made me think more globally about other areas of the retail sector.

Not really even though social events happen at Christmas for example.
