How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very organised programme with plenty of support whether that be through the business or third party provider when studying. There is a good relationship across the board to support all studies.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Huge support from my line managers and the whole business to give me time to study and understanding when it comes to workload and managing my time effectively whilst providing experiences from themselves
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Training provider has given me plenty of material per exam to help complete modules and pass exams as well as a coach who has kept me on track in order to meet all the conditions in order to pass overall.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

This has given me the platform to build my accounting knowledge and use this as I take on new tasks and use this in the working world rather than just theory based. Also it has given me the opportunity for work promotions

Great company to give you the platform to extend your studies and build a solid career in a path that you have chosen whilst being understanding for you to spend time studying and recognise success with promotions
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to ASDA?
Make sure you are prepared to put the extra work in if you do extra studies as it can be hard to get the balance right with work and personal life but the benefits are worth it and you should consider this if applying for things like a graduate programme where you are expected to enrol on the studies
