Role includes learning how to broke, understanding the insurance market and completing internal/ external processes in order to complete a placement and provide cover for clients
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy vthe programme, it gives me a extensive knbowledge and hands on industry experience, however handling exams alongside learning can be challenging at times.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt and grown upon multiple skills such as communication, organisation, interpersonal skills. I have also learnt new internal processes and the skill of broking

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is well structured and organised, however it can become difficult juggling exams too
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I recieve good support from my employer, however there can always be more check ins and analysis of workload

I recieve good support, however sometimes it can be overwhelming
