Really enjoy my program learning loads on the course lots of soft skills as well.

Many soft and hard skills, from working with AI, Power Platforms, Python and other software tools. Soft skills such as leading workshops and communication with stakeholders.

Program very well structured allowing me to gain insights across the business with support to find my interest inside the business.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

So much support and a good community of apprentices. Many points of contacts from your mentor to line managers to early careers. Everyone always to happy to help and no question is a silly question. Even if they are not officially there to help everyone is willing to support you in any way they can. Such a supportive community to be part of.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots of support, with catch ups and the lectured always very available when you need them!
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification allows me to fi=urther develop some of the key skills and deepen my learning allowing me to engage in more challenging projects.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

A good amount of social events outside amongst the apprentices as well as opportunities to go to networking events.

Why?
Such a supportive community with an amazing work culture. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help and support you. You get so much choice on what you want to work on with real ownership of projects allowing you to develop greatly. They truly make it a wonderful place to work and allow you to explore the full scale of the business by moving around in your apprenticeship
