I find my programme to be well organised and clearly structured, having six month placements allows me to make objectives of what i want to achieve by the end of each one. As well as with university each module builds on the last, so I can see how my knowledge is developing over time and how different topics connect to real digital marketing work that i am doing in my day to day role. i also have regular check ins with my mentor and line managers to make sure i am okay and on track.

I receive a very high level of support from my employer, which has made a big difference to my progress throughout the programme. My managers, mentors and colleagues are always willing to offer guidance, answer questions and help me develop my skills. I’m given the time I need to complete my apprenticeship tasks. As well as regular check ins and feedback to help me stay on track, i have opportunities to shadow colleagues and learn from their experience, there is clear communication about expectations, priorities and upcoming tasks
