As a sortation operator my role is to ensure customers orders are accurately sorted processed and prepared for dispatch to the correct delivery routes. I play a key part in the final stage of the fulfilment process, helping ensure parcels reach customers on time
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme to a great extent. It gives me the opportunity to develop new skills while gaining hands on experience in a fast paced environment at Amazon DBI2. I practically enjoy learning how different processes within the sortation centre connect together and how my role contributes to the overall customers experience.

Yes I have been developing several new and exciting skills. As a sortation operator at Amazon I have strengthened my attention to details, efficiency, and time management skills. Through my Supply chain apprenticeship I am building deeper Knowledge of supply chain and workflow optimization. I am also improving my problem solving and team works skills by collaborating with colleagues to maintain smooth operation.
