Completing this apprenticeship has given me confidence, it has also given me skills that I will use in daily life.

Yes I have, I've developed my problem solving skills and my communication skills. I have also developed networking skills working with Amazonians from across the network.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very well organised the structure is fantastic as well, there are set lesson times as well as time off to complete studies and assignments.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Amazon are fully supportive of the Apprenticeship and actively encourage everyone to join and have a go,
