My job involves taking care of children's every need on a day to day basis. This includes emotional wellbeing, personal care, and nurturing their Personal, Social and Emotional Development. This job also involves planning and delivering activities based on a Montessori curriculum.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I found the program quite easy and straightforward, with a lot of help and guidance along the way. My tutors and support system were fantastic, and I couldn't have asked for better.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Through this job role, I've gained a lot of knowledge that helps within the childcare sector, such as becoming familiar with the EYFS frameworks and Birth to 5 which has really helped to improve my practice.
