Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am in external affairs, I have written blogs, created social media content and worked on videos. Day to day, i take part in team meetings and complete my work, sometimes i have engagement days where me and the other degree apprentices will take a day out to learn and develop.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed many skills, such as communication, technological skills, confidence, and i have learnt a lot about the business, how to reach target audiences through content marketing.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

We have 6 month rotational placements during out time which i find to be one of the best things that we are able to do, it means i can work in a variety of teams in the business, one to see what i perhaps dont like as much but also to find where i belong in the business.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have several people to support me during my journey, where i have catch ups regularly and feel v ery comfortable in knowing i have people to reach out to when i need.
