Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I would wake up about half 6 to make it into work for 8 oclock depending on travel and start times work straight through till 10:30 go on break for half an hour work through till 1 oclock have another break and leave site around 4:30
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoy different things about the program but also dislike a few things like certain jobs (ect) but mostly enjoy the program as a whole

yes i’ve learned loads of skills including improved communication painting and decorating skills and general life skills

Yes
Why?
because it’s a genuine and authentic experience and since leaving school i feel like i’ve settled in really well and picked up multiple skills subconsciously with good people around me to help me achieve that
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Bagnalls?
just go for it and get involved because you won’t be embarrassed for making mistakes and everyone around you will help if you ask for it
